Double Girder EOT Cranes are manufactured as per IS standards and applicable class type as per various industry applications.

Double Girder Crane are manufactured with safety measures, hassle free operation and maintenance compact dimensions, low weight and durable. All frames are steel fabricated, machined and bolted type.

GIRDER: Girder are designed as per IS standard using the latest advanced design software backed by the expertise. Structure fabricated from M.S. plated, having box type / girder.

CRAB: The Crab having lifting drum are fabricated from seamless pipe and machined cut spiral grooves. Drive through helical gear box and slipring / induction motor and brakes. C.T. drives through gear box and motor.

END CARRIAGES: End carriage plates are fabricated with standard wheel supported on self-aligning, anti-friction bearing in L-type pedestal blocks.

DRUM: Wire rope drum is fabricated from seamless pipe and machine cut spiral grooves. The drum shaft are supported with ball bearings.

WIRE ROPE: ‘Usha Martin’ make Wire rope is used with 6 x 36 steel core constructions from special plough hemp core flexible steel wire.

ROPE GUIDE: Completely encircling the drum to hold the rope on its groove perfectly during crane operation.

GEAR BOXES: Alloy steel hobbed teeth helical spur gears with solid pinions all duly treated.

MOTORS: High quality brand motors are used in our cranes which are totally enclosed, fan cooled. Induction motors with high starting torque crane duty 415v, 3 phase motors are used.

BRAKES: High quality brakes are used with all the drives such as AC electro-hydraulic thruster brakes / electro-magnetic disc / shoe type brakes as per the application and client's requirement.

HOOKS: Shank type hooks are supported on anti-friction thrust bearing and on the M.S. pulley.

CONTROL PANEL: The hoist can be controlled through pendant / radio remote and other combinations. The components are enclosure in sheet metal box. Branded contactors, over load relays, fuses, timers, transformers etc are used in our cranes for better performance & long life usage.
