Color: Black (standard), also available in white or other colors. Surface Finish: Smooth or textured. Thickness Range: 1 mm to 50 mm. Width: Typically 1.2 m to 2 m (custom widths available). Length: Rolls of 10 m, 20 m, or custom cut sizes. Density: 1.1 – 1.6 g/cm³.
2. Mechanical Properties:
Hardness: 40 – 80 Shore A (typical: 60±5 Shore A). Tensile Strength: 5 – 15 MPa. Elongation at Break: 250 – 600%. Tear Strength: 20 – 40 kN/m. Compression Set (70 hrs at 100°C): ≤ 30%.
3. Thermal Properties:
Operating Temperature: -40°C to +120°C (up to 150°C for short durations). Glass Transition Temperature: ~ -60°C. Thermal Conductivity: ~0.25 W/m·K.
4. Chemical Resistance:
Excellent: Weather, ozone, UV, and aging resistance. Good: Diluted acids, alkalis, alcohols, ketones. Poor: Petroleum-based oils, fuels, and aromatic hydrocarbons.
5. Electrical Properties:
Dielectric Strength: 15 – 30 kV/mm. Volume Resistivity: ~10¹⁴ Ω·cm. Dielectric Constant: ~2.3 – 3.5.
