Hardness: 40 to 90 Shore A (Common range: 60-70 Shore A).
Tensile Strength: 5 - 15 MPa.
Elongation at Break: 250% - 600%.
Compression Set: ≤ 30% (at 70°C for 22 hours).
Density: 1.3 - 1.5 g/cm³ (depending on filler content).
3. Thermal Properties :
Operating Temperature Range: -40°C to +120°C (some formulations up to +150°C).
Brittle Point: Below -40°C.
Heat Aging Resistance: Good.
4. Chemical Resistance:
Oil Resistance: Excellent.
Fuel Resistance: Excellent.
Chemical Resistance: Resistant to aliphatic hydrocarbons, oils, and fuels.
Moderate resistance to acids and alkalis.
Not resistant to strong oxidizing agents, esters, ketones, and chlorinated hydrocarbons.
